UK Standard Delivery
UK Standard Delivery is free of charge for orders over £75 and costs £3.95 for orders under £75. Orders received before 1pm, Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched on the same day subject to stock availability. Orders will be sent with either Royal Mail or DHL.
UK Next Day and Named Day Delivery
Order before 4pm* for Next day delivery (including Saturday). You can choose to have your order delivered by 1pm or 6pm. Delivery will be by DHL or Royal Mail. They will send you a 1 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery. Alternatively you can choose Named Day Delivery. Charges apply for these services.
*1.30pm for Highlands and Islands.
Click & Collect
Perfect if you prefer to collect your order from a local convenience store. You will be given a choice locations nearest to you. Delivery will be 3-4 working days after dispatch. Only available in mainland UK-excludes Highlands and Islands postcodes. This service is free for orders over £75 and costs £5 for orders under this amount.
If any items are out of stock we may deliver in two shipments, we will keep you advised should this situation arise. You will not be charged any additional delivery charges.
If you are shopping on one of our International sites in your local currency then any taxes & duties will be calculated during the checkout process along with the shipping charge. Countries to which this applies are as follows: Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Irish Republic, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, United States

Orders up to £50
Are sent with International Tracked Mail services. Allow 7-14 working days for delivery, depending on region. Carriage charges will be calculated at time of checkout.
Express courier services can be arranged at extra cost during checkout.
Orders over £50
Are sent International Premium Tracked. Allow 3-8 working days for delivery after dispatch and will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address. Carriage charges will be calculated at time of checkout.

European (5-10 working days) Delivery starts from £10.00 and will be calculated at the checkout. There is a premium option available. Since Brexit there may be a handling or service fee charged by the couriers of around £15. Deliveries to mainland Europe and the ROI are now VAT free.
Worldwide (3-14 working days) Delivery starts from £8.00 and will be calculated at the checkout. There are various delivery options available.
We reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.
VAT will be deducted for orders being delivered outside of the UK.
There is a chance that if you live outside the UK that you may have to pay import duty or VAT. These taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Luxury-legs.com cannot be held liable for customs & import charges & duties payable
If any items are out of stock your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. We will keep you advised of your dispatch date.
Please inform us within 30 days of dispatch should your package not arrive. We cannot accept claims for missing parcels after this point.
UK RETURNS You have 28 days to return any unwanted products (14 days for Sale/Outlet items), which must be in pristine condition with all labels intact. Click the links below to obtain both your Returns Form and Royal Mail returns label. Simply use this label to send back any unwanted items. Just drop the package off at your local Post Office. We will charge a small fee of £2.50 for the use of this service, which will be deducted from your refund. If you require an exchange this will be free of charge.
You have 28 days to return any unwanted items (14 days for Sale/Outlet items). Please ensure that high-value items are insured and are returned via registered or recorded mail or courier as we cannot be held liable for loss of such items. We will also not be held liable for any import duties when returning items back to the UK from abroad. Please send them to the address below. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of International returns.
Hosiery. We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit on any items of Hosiery (Tights, Stay-Ups, Socks etc) which are returned unopened with all the product packaging intact.
Masks & Wellness products. For health and hygiene reasons these cannot be returned if the seals are broken, packages opened or product tried.
Jeans, Leggings, Trousers and Clothing. We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit as long as they are returned in perfect condition, unworn and with all their labels intact.
Shapewear and Underwear We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit on any of these items as long as they are returned in pristine condition with all their labels and any product packaging intact. For hygienic please try on panties and shapewear over your own underwear
We won't be able to refund any items that are damaged or worn and if we have to return them to you we may ask you to cover the delivery costs.
We aim to process refunds within 7-10 working days of receiving the return.
Fair Use We need to ensure that our returns service is sustainable. If we notice an unusual level of returns activity which is way above the norm we may have to stop accepting future orders from you.
