WHAT IS REWARDS BY LUXURY LEGS? - FREE to join, with no tiers or limits - Rewards by Luxury Legs is our loyalty program and a way of showing how much we appreciate you!
Earn points on every purchase at Luxury-Legs.com and used to earn discounts toward purchases – that means the more you collect, the more you save!
HOW DO I EARN POINTS? - To earn points, you must be enrolled in the our Loyalty Program and be signed into your account at the time of purchase. Luxury Legs Rewards members receive 1 point for every £1 spent on eligible purchases on luxury-legs.com.* Eligible purchases include regular priced merchandise and exclude sale or promotional items, gift cards, applicable taxes, fees, discounts, and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS? - Log into your Luxury Legs account by clicking on "My Account". From here you can view your points and convert them into e-wallet credit. If you have enough points, you can claim them for a redeemable voucher which will automatically be applied at during payment.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR POINTS TO APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT? -Loyalty points will automatically be uploaded to your account 28 days after your orders dispatched and when the return period has expired.
DO POINTS EXPIRE? - Points will never expire, so you can collect and save up for bigger purchases.
• The standard number of points you will collect is 1 point for every £1 you spend on qualifying products. Each point is worth 5p. Spending £100 will entitle you to £5 off your next order.
• Points are calculated from your order’s final amount and exclude sale or promotional items, discounts, and delivery.
• Please make sure all personal information in your Luxury Legs account is accurate and up-to-date at all times. Luxury Legs will not be held responsible if you do not receive your points as a result of incorrect details provided by you.
• Any purchases made using our loyalty program are subject to all applicable UK laws.
• We reserve the right to substitute or remove products available for point collection and redemption online without notice.
• Loyalty points have no value outside of your Luxury Legs account. Therefore you cannot transfer, trade, buy or sell points in any way.

• Luxury legs Reserve the right to terminate your loyalty account if we have reason to believe it is not being used in the correct manner.
