Returns Guide - 2022


We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Luxury Legs, however if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 28 days (14 days for sale/outlet items) from the original dispatch date to return it to us. 

  • Please note all returns using our Royal Mail returns service will cost £3.95 - This will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Please read item specifics for further returns details:

    HOSIERY - We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit on any items of Hosiery (Tights, Stay-Ups, Knee Highs etc) which are returned unopened with all the packaging intact.

    We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit as long as they are returned in perfect condition, unworn and with all their labels intact.

    We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit on any of these items as long as they are returned in pristine condition with all their labels and any packaging intact. For hygienic please try on panties and shapewear over your own underwear.

    FACE MASKS - Please note that face masks are non-returnable for reasons of health and safety.  
  • Items should be returned unworn, unused and in a saleable condition with the original packaging and all garment tags and labels still attached. We won't be able to refund any items that are damaged or worn and if we have to return them to you we may ask you to cover the delivery costs.
  • Please retain your proof of posting until your return has been processed. Kindly note, that we cannot take responsibility for any items not received or sent back by an alternative courier or service.
  • You will receive an email as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE? - If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 28 days to avoid being charged. Your exchange order will be processed immediately so you can get your new items ASAP!  

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED? It can take up to 10 working days to process the refund after we receive your return. You'll receive an email to confirm when we have processed your refund, it could take a further 3 days for it to appear on your statement.

FAIR USE - We need to ensure that our returns service is sustainable. If we notice an unusual level of returns activity which is way above the norm we may have to stop accepting future orders from you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS If you need to return an item you’ve received from us, you’ll have 28 days to do this from the date you received your order. International customers are responsible for their own returns and which service they use. We suggest using a tracked service.

We are not liable for any returns until they are received back to the above address with proof of signature. We will also not be held liable for any fees or charges related to importing of goods, and therefore are unable to support refunds of any duties or tax paid by you.
