Please note that orders are only processed on UK ‘working days’. A working day is Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.


UK STANDARD DELIVERY - Orders placed using our Standard service are usually delivered within 2-4 working days. UK Standard Deliveries are made with Royal Mail or Hermes. Orders received Mon-Fri before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day - Subject to stock availability*

UK NEXT DAY AND NAMED DAY DELIVERY - UK Next Day Delivery will come via DHL on the next working day, provided that you have placed your order on a working day before 4pm*. Alternatively you can choose our Named Day Delivery service. If you have provided a mobile number, you will receive text updates including an estimated one-hour delivery window. You can locate and view details of your DHL delivery, here. (*2.30pm for Highlands and Islands. Orders to these areas will be sent with Royal Mail) 

CLICK & COLLECT - Perfect if you prefer to collect your order from a local convenience store. You will be given a choice locations nearest to you. Delivery will be 2 working days after dispatch. Only available in mainland UK-excludes Highlands and Islands postcodes.

*If any items are out of stock we may deliver in two shipments, we will keep you advised should this situation arise. You will not be charged any additional delivery charges.




EUROPE - (3-6 working days) Delivery starts from £10.00 and will be calculated at the checkout. There are various delivery options available with a Premium and Express options. Since the UK left the EU there may be a handling or service fee charged by the couriers of around £15. Deliveries to mainland Europe and the ROI are now VAT free.

REST OF THE WORLD - (3-14 working days) Delivery starts from £6.00 and will be calculated at the checkout. There are various delivery options available. If you would like any advice or a time estimate to your specific country, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Delivery Charges & Method:

  • Orders up to £50- Are sent with International Tracked Mail services. Allow 7-14 working days for delivery, depending on region. Carriage charges will be calculated at time of checkout. Express courier services can be arranged at extra cost during checkout.
  • Orders over £50 - Are sent International Premium Tracked. Allow 3-8 working days for delivery after dispatch and will require a signature upon receipt. If you are not at home we are happy to deliver to your work address. Carriage charges will be calculated at time of checkout. Express courier services can be arranged at extra cost during checkout.
  • VAT will be deducted for orders being delivered outside of the UK.
  • There is a chance that if you live outside the UK that you may have to pay import duty or VAT. These taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. cannot be held liable for customs & import charges & duties payable
  • If any items are out of stock your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. We will keep you advised of your dispatch date.
  • Please inform us within 30 days of dispatch if your package fails to arrive. We will not be able to accept any claims for missing parcels after this time.
            Wolford Products:
  • We are unable to ship Wolford products to the following destinations: Australia, Bahrain, Greece,  Japan, Korea, Lebanon, Macau, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE.



Our returns are FREE and simple.

In order to reduce waste, your Delivery Note will not include a returns label - but don't worry, you can still return your items for FREE. 
No printer required, just follow the steps below to receive your QR code; take this along with your parcel to a Post Office branch where we can print your free returns label from the code.


  1. All items should be returned using the freepost tracked returns label with Royal Mail using the link provided:

  2. Use the original packaging, along with the Returns Form,and seal the package.
  3. Place the Returns Label on the front of the package, ensuring any other delivery labels are removed or covered.
  4. Please ensure the returns address is: Luxury Legs, Unit 2.1, Stanmore Business and Innovation Centre, Howard Road, Stanmore, HA7 1GB.
  5. Take your parcel to your local Royal Mail post office, or arrange a collection (for a small charge) using the link provided: You will be provided with a Proof of Postage receipt - this will include your tracking information. Track Returns Here.

We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Luxury Legs, but however should you change your mind about any item purchased, you can of course return this free of charge.

  • Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt using our free post return solution (30 days in the case of any faulty/damaged items) 
  • Please read item specifics for further returns details:

    HOSIERY - We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit on any items of Hosiery (Tights, Stay-Ups, Knee Highs etc) which are returned unopened with all the packaging intact.

    JEANS, LEGGINGS, TROUSERS & CLOTHING - We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit as long as they are returned in perfect condition, unworn and with all their labels intact.

    SHAPEWEAR & UNDERWEAR - We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit on any of these items as long as they are returned in pristine condition with all their labels and any packaging intact. For hygienic please try on panties and shapewear over your own underwear.

    FACE MASKS - Please note that face masks are non-returnable for reasons of health and safety.  
  • Items should be returned unworn, unused and in a saleable condition with the original packaging and all garment tags and labels still attached. We won't be able to refund any items that are damaged or worn and if we have to return them to you we may ask you to cover the delivery costs.
  • Please retain your proof of posting until your return has been processed. Kindly note, that we cannot take responsibility for any items sent back by an alternative courier or service.
  • You will receive an email as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed.
  • Please allow up to 14 working days from the date of return.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE? - If you are exchanging your items, please make sure to send back any items you’re returning within 28 days to avoid being charged. Your exchange order will be processed immediately so you can get your new items ASAP!  

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED? It can take up to 14 days for a returned parcel to reach us, from the date it was sent back. You'll receive an email to confirm when we have received the item at the warehouse, after which your refund will appear in your account within 7 working days from the date it was processed.     If you don’t hear from us within 14 days of sending your items back, please contact us with your order number and the details about which items you sent back. Our friendly advisors will then see what they can do for you.

FAIR USE - We need to ensure that our returns service is sustainable. If we notice an unusual level of returns activity which is way above the norm we may have to stop accepting future orders from you.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS If you need to return an item you’ve received from us, you’ll have 28 days to do this from the date you received your order. International customers are responsible for their own returns and which service they use. We suggest using a tracked service.

We are not liable for any returns until they are received back to the above address with proof of signature. We will also not be held liable for any fees or charges related to importing of goods, and therefore are unable to support refunds of any duties or tax paid by you.
