DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES
You will receive an email with a dispatch notice once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Orders placed over the weekend (Sat - Sun) will be dispatched on Monday.
If any items are out of stock we may deliver in two shipments, we will keep you advised should this situation arise. You will not be charged any additional delivery charges.
If your estimated delivery date has passed, please allow a few extra days for your order to be delivered (especially during busy times). If your order doesn’t arrive, please let us know within 7 days of the date by which your order should have been delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive in perfect condition or if there is a shortage, faulty or incorrect item please let us know within 7 days of receipt so that we can do our best to assist you.
If you are shopping on one of our International sites in your local currency then any taxes & duties will be calculated during the checkout process along with the shipping charge. Countries to which this applies are as follows: Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Irish Republic, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Qatar, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States & UAE.

We reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.
There is a chance that if you live outside the UK, and are shopping from our UK domestic site, that you may have to pay import duty or VAT. These taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. Luxury-legs.com cannot be held liable for customs & import charges & duties payable.
If any items are out of stock your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. We will keep you advised of your dispatch date.

We will not be able to accept any claims for missing parcels after this time.
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from Luxury Legs, however if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 28 days (14 days for sale/outlet items) from the original dispatch date to return it to us. Please read the 'T&C's' below to make sure your item(s) are eligible to return.
Returning an item is really as simple as 1,2,3, just follow the steps below for a smooth and easy return.
3. Drop the package off at your local Post Office, or you can Arrange Collection for a small charge.
Please retain your proof of posting until your return has been processed. Kindly note, that we cannot take responsibility for any items not received or sent back by an alternative courier or service.

Please ensure that any items returned to us are securely packaged as we will not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit for return or exchange. We recommend that you insure the return shipment, and that you use a secure, trackable shipper and retain proof of sending. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding our returns policy.
We will also not be held liable for any import duties when returning items back to the UK from abroad.
If returning an international order, clearly mark ‘RETURN GOODS’ on the description to avoid paying unnecessary charges.
We take pride in our Luxury Legs items, so anything returned, should be unworn, unused and in a saleable condition with the original packaging and all garment tags and labels still attached. We won't be able to refund any items that are damaged or worn and if we have to return them to you we may ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Standard Price Items - Standard items are eligible for return or exchange up to 30 days after the purchase date.
Discounted Items - Discounted/sale items are eligible for return or exchange up to 14 days after purchase.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we will send it back to the original delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. If you are having any problems returning your order, please get in touch.

HOSIERY - We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit on any items of Hosiery (Tights, Stay-Ups, Knee Highs etc) which are returned unopened with all the packaging intact.
JEANS, LEGGINGS, TROUSERS & CLOTHING - We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit as long as they are returned in perfect condition, unworn and with all their labels attached and any packaging intact.
SHAPEWEAR & UNDERWEAR - We will exchange, refund or offer a store credit on any of these items as long as they are returned in pristine condition with all their labels and any packaging intact. For hygienic please try on panties and shapewear over your own underwear
We aim to process refunds within 10 working days of receiving the return.
Fair Use - We need to ensure that our returns service is sustainable. If we notice an unusual level of returns activity which is way above the norm we may have to stop accepting future orders from you.
