“Our commitment to responsibility is extremely important. That is why we chose to team up with the market’s leaders in sustainable innovation and make use of renewable sources that perfectly match with sophistication in the design and creations of the collections”, says Elena Marzocchi – Brand Co-Owner at Sarah Borghi.

What makes this collection so unique and a leader in a new-era of responsible customers is the use of AMNI® SOUL ECO, the only polyamide yarn which fully degrades in around 5 years after disposing of in landfill** andROICA™ V550 a premium sustainable stretch yarn boasting the Gold Level Material Health Certificate by Cradle-to-Cradle Product Innovation Institute.***At the end of its life it breaks down without releasing harmful substances  into the environment  according to Hohenstein Environmental Compatibility Certification.

“Sustainability is not only about clothes but all items we wear from hats to socks. Hosiery is a very important sector hungry for innovation. With Sarah Borghi we wanted to inject sustainability and responsible innovation at all levels”, says Takaaki Kondo, new Manager of ROICA™ Global Marketing Department.

The collection spans from 20 to 80 denier tights, all of which feature the signature Sarah Borghi waistband and some of the more recognised features from their core collection. Fans of Sarah Borghi will recognise the 20 denier ergonomic ‘shaper’ tights which flatten the tummy, contour the silhouette and still have the same comfort thanks to the unique blend of sustainable yarns. The Green Collection also spans beyond tights into socks crafted from natural organic blends for a super-soft and sustainable finish. And as we reach into colder climates, the 100 denier natural organic cotton tights, knee-high socks and cashmere blend tights will give you the confidence to step out in style whatever the weather.
